Are the rates on your site per person or
per room per night ?
All the rates quoted on our site are per villa
for the duration of the whole stay requested. If you are
2 people and you have booked a 3 bedroom villa, the villa
will be for your exclusive use. All prices require a 5%
service tax to be added.
When is my booking confirmed ?
We do our best to confirm your booking back to you as soon
as we can. Sometimes this can be minutes and sometimes a
little longer. Always within 24 hours !
How much will I be charged if I cancel a booking
?
Please refer to our Comprehensive Terms & Conditions,
we endeavour to do our best and be as flexible as possible
at all times with our guests.
What happens if I need a refund ?
Any refund due will be transferred directly to the account
of your choice less any bank transfer charges and a service
fee.
What do you do with my personal information ?
We take the issues of privacy and security very seriously.
For peace of mind, please refer to our extensive privacy
statement.
How do I get to Serene Villas ?
You must advise us at least 3 days in advance of your flight
arrival details so that we can arrange to collect you and
your party from the Airport. If you wish to make your own
way to the villa please advise us of your expected arrival
time at the villa.
What happenes to my Villa Booking if my flight
is delayed?
Your villa is reserved for you and will be held for you
unless otherwise advised. Please do let us know if you miss
your flight or if there are any changes to your schedule.

Serene Villas Office is manned 6 days a week from Mon -
Sat 9-5 and on Sunday we have a limited office staff. Our
