Well I've been back home in Sydney for 2 weeks now and
I wish I was still in Bali!
I wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for a fantastic
stay at Serene Villas. Noman and Wudana (hope I got the
spelling right)our butlers were exceptional and an absolute
delight.
We had a wonderful time and will recommend Serene Villas
to friends who plan to travel to Bali.
Once again many thanks and I look forward to coming to
Bali again next year and staying with you.

Dear Sirs,
Just wanted to say on behalf of Olga and I how much we
enjoyed staying in Villa Frangipani. The staff made our
stay most enjoyable, I would be grateful if could pass on

Villa Hibiscus is truly excellent
!
Hi Stephen and Serene Staff,
I stayed at Villa Hibiscus for 3 weeks last November 2004,
I am a travel agent in the UK and travel extensively worldwide
with my work, I can highly recommend the Serene Villas they
are absolutely fabulous, very relaxing, superb quality with
every amenity, to make the perfect stay, they are very luxurious
villas. I stayed at Villa Hibiscus the pool is fantastic
and what could one say about the staff, just truly excellent,
I have rebooked again and will be back about twice a year.
When visiting Bali there is only one place to stay Serene
Villas Ultimate Luxury, quiet relaxing yet close to bars
restuarants and the most friendly effecient sattt you could
wish to meet. I would recomend the villas as a must.

Hi Stephen,
Thank you very much for our wonderful stay at Serene Villas.
We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the upgrade on
the last 2 nights. We are planning our next trip already
and we will be definitely coming back to Serene Villas,
hopefully to stay in Frangipani or Hibiscus. Your staff
were excellent, always helpful and attentive. Congratulations

Hi Stephen,
I want to pass on our....gosh what words to use.....our
thank's, our gratitude, our envy, our relaxed auras. We
recently stayed at Serene Garden Villa in Seminyak and had
an absolutely fabulous time.
I have to admit I was a bit sceptical about the Villa when
I saw it on the internet, it truly looked too good to be
true. However, upon arrival we all thought the photos on
the internet really didn't the Villa - it is so very much
better in reality.
Made picked us up at the airport and put up with four very
excited (and a little drunk) friends. We were fortunate
to have Made take us to a few destinations around the island,
some we requested to go to, some we asked him to choose
of which he did a great job. He was knowledgeable, patient
and althought he probably went home at night thingking "crazy
Aussies" (two Melbournities, two ex-pats) he was a
true, gentle balinese man. He even put up with my poor attempts
to speak Indonesian!
Budhi was very discreet and always on hand for any of our
needs and again, put up with four over-excited friends who
had not seen each other for almost one year. Any request
we asked of Budhi appeared to be no problem to him.
Now...for the main man....Dikki. You must feel very lucky
to have a number of yours team who is so caring, considerate
and dedicated to making visitors feel at home. His culinary
skills are exemplary, his presentation of his meals divine.
his happy and, dare I say it, serene dispotition is a prefect
match for the villa's surrounds. I bet you get many people
trying to poach him from you.
The Villa itself is exquisite - elegant without being sterile,
comfortable without being sloppy. The grounds are beautiful
and very, very well maintained. before I went to the Villa
I showed loads of people the website of "oohs"
and "aahs" were heard. I have since shown the
photo for our stay and the same people reckon it looks even
better when showing how much four friends enjoyed their
stay.
Stephen, the four of us who stayed at Serene catch up every
year at the same time somewhere in the world (the beauty
of not having children, although sometimes people may thing
We are the children!). Two days into our stay at Serene
we were already considering making Serene the destination
of our May 2005 catchup. And believe me, we NEVER revisit
somewhere as we always want to explore so saying we may
return, in our books is the highest we can give.
Thank you again, I hope the Villa continues to be properous
for you and that you take very good care of your staff.
Good luck in continuing to "re-grow" Bali.
