Requirements

To perform the wedding by Protestant way, you should provide the documents below:

• Copy of passport ( both partners )
• Copy of birth certificate ( both partners )
• Copy of decree absolute if divorce
• Widower must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse
• Letter of No Impediment to marriage from your Consulate in Bali / Jakarta
• Copy of passport two witnesses
• 8 Pieces of photograph size 4x6 with groom in the right side and bride in the left side ( can make it in Bali )
• Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form

To perform the wedding by Catholic way, you should provide the documents below:

• Copy of passport ( both partners )
• Copy of birth certificate ( both partners )
• Copy of decree absolute if divorce
• Letter of No Impediment from Consulate located in Bali / Jakarta
• Widower must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse
• Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form
• Copy of passport two witnesses ( we can be your witnesses )
• 8 pieces of photograph size 4x6 with groom in the right side and bride in the left side. (can make it in Bali)
• Baptism certificate both partners
• Liberth status from Parish contact the Priest in your country ( both of you )
• Delegation letter from Parish contact the Priest in your country ( both of you )
• Canon investigation from Parish Priest, contact the Priest in your country ( both of you )
  

For Indonesian Citizens:

• Photocopy KTP ( kedua pasangan )
• Photocopy Surat Kelahiran ( kedua pasangan )
• Surat N1 – N4 yang dikeluarkan Kelurahan setempat
• Photocopy Surat Perceraian ( jika pernah menikah )
• Foto sebanyak 8 lembar uk. 4x6cm berdampingan ( bisa dibuat di Bali )
• Photocopy KTP dari 2 saksi
• Surat delegasi dari Gereja
